Overseas team building: according to the company's business development needs, formulate talent planning and recruitment plan, recruit suitable talents for the company. Labour Relationship Management: Develop the company's human resources management system, standardize the operation of HR services such as entry, transfer and renewal, payroll, insurance, etc. Deal with employee disputes; manage employee data compliance with local labour laws and regulations. System construction: building selecting, educating, employing and retaining overseas human resources system, inheriting domestic management and cultural requirements, combining them with the local culture and business in the UK, forming organizational order and cultural atmosphere. HR planning: responsible for local HR work planning and implementation, planning HR budget, cost expenditure according to the business deployment.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Extensive HR experience in the UK, including working for a property developer in London; Familiar with the requirements of local labour legislation and information management regulations; Bachelor's degree or above; graduated in human resources, business, management and other related disciplines; Office/Project and other common office software; Cross-cultural adaptation, understanding the differences between Chinese and English cultures and seeking common ground while accommodating differences
