Qualifications EDUCATION Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCEPreference given to individuals with experience in working in mentalhealth or with children who have severe emotional disturbances and their families.PHYSICALManchester House residents exhibit violent, aggressive, acting out behavior. Anyone who is in the facility may be subject to this behavior.
