Managing Surveyor

This�role forms part of succession plans and would suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking�for their next promotion or an existing Managing�Quantity Surveyor lookign for a move.

Coming from a Main Contracting background and coupled with commercial new build experience (Leisure/Healthcare/DofE) up to �30M, your role will be that of a player/manager - running a large job or several medium sized jobs in terms of Subcontractor payments, cost reporting, CVR & Final account and at the same time managing a number of Quantity Surveyors who are also running their own jobs, ensuring that profit is maximised wherever possible without compromising quality.�

Supporting you in your role will be an extremely experienced Commercial Manager who has a strong focus and track record in ensuring that profitability is maintained at all times.

The main Contractor behind the vacancy is a well known�and highly regarded Main Contractor that regularly wins profitable work, with a high percentage of repeat work. Internal promotion is strongly encouraged as this forward thinking Contractor has a strong "promote from within" ethos within the business.
