Requirements and Skills 





  • Proven experience as a Managing Director within the recruitment industry. 




  • Expertise in strategic planning and understanding of market trends. 




  • Strong grasp of corporate finance and best practices. 




  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. 




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
