CiC is seeking an experienced psychologist/psychotherapist/consultant with a background in supporting organizational wellbeing to join our Global Specialist Services (GSS) Team.
Whilst the team engages with a range of organizations across all sectors, we primarily provide specialist services programs to the news media, international NGO and government sectors - supporting organizations and staff that experience high stress and/or psychological trauma due to the nature of their work.
In this role, you will lead the Specialist Services function for CiC, providing various bespoke learning, development and support programs globally.
