With significant backing from H2 Private Equity, we are embarking upon a market-changing investment plan and as such we are very interested in meeting exceptional people to drive growth in leadership across our Commercial Recruitment teams.
Built with foundations of integrity, drive and ambition, our new Managing Consultant would be integral to our plans to become the number one supplier of Commercial professionals across the north west, with plans to further expand across Yorkshire and beyond.
Our Commercial divisions have high-achieving teams of experienced recruiters, operating across the whole of the UK. The way we work nationally allows us to leverage client relationships in each location for each other, and working in verticals, we are really immersed in our candidate markets - consistently generating the best talent that we then place.
Leading a team as a billing manager, you will have the autonomy to develop your team as you see fit - with the investment to bring or build a team around you. In exchange, for the first six months, you'll enjoy a 0% threshold for your billings and a commission structure that aligns with the team's performance over the quarter.
