Job DescriptionWe have partnered with a mid-market boutique firm located in Leeds in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services Manager to operate within their corporate finance team.As a Transaction Services Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.Key Responsibilities:Helping lead a team to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.Managing junior staffAnalysing reports using Excel.Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.Previous Transaction Services experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.This is an opportunity to become part of a well-established firm that is looking to expand.You will be an individual who is both confident working proactively and being responsible for your own tasks, as well as collaborating with others to shape the future of the corporate finance team.If you are a driven Corporate Finance professional, we want you to reach out to us!
