Inside IR35 £300-350 depending on experience
Location: London, 2 days in office.
Contract Duration: 6 Months (initially)
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in telephony services and agile product development. Utilise analytics and audience research to gain insights into user behaviour and product performance.
Create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog aligned with the organisation’s digital strategy.
Lead agile delivery teams, collaborating with Project Managers, Engineering, and User Experience leads to meet deadlines.
Optimize the product during the build phase to meet business, user experience, and technological needs.
Contribute to vendor contracts and manage commercial relationships.
In-depth knowledge of telephony technologies including Unify (Siemens) portfolio, Mitel, handset provisioning, voice & telephony, UCaaS, MS Teams, networking (SIP, ISDN), cloud and SaaS, Contact Center, Call Groups, Hunt Groups, and Auto Attendants.
Experience with migration and transformation of voice/telephony services.
Ability to apply industry knowledge and insights to product strategy and planning.
Proven experience in product decision-making and vision creation based on research and data.
Familiarity with product development, life-cycle management, and agile methodology.
Competence in planning and forecasting product budgets and delivering within those constraints.
Project management experience and the ability to direct teams to achieve objectives.
Experience in managing commercial and contractual relationships with third-party suppliers and partners.
