PRIVATE CLIENT MANAGER LONDON (HYBRID)Can you drive performance and develop potential in others?
Do you want to use those skills in a Financial Services setting? Weatherbys Private Bank are looking for an effective and inspiring people manager.
You will lead a team of high-performing individuals who are ambitious, motivated, and passionate to provide the best possible service to our clients.Based in our stunning offices in Mayfair, you will enjoy hybrid working with up to 2 days per week based at home.
You will ideally work 9.30am to 6pm, however working pattern can be discussed at interview. WHY JOIN US?You will be fully supported by an approachable Senior Management team who will enable you to achieve to the best of your ability and meet your career goals.
You will receive a salary of up to £55,000 per annum DOE.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Managing all aspects for the Private Banking support team, training, coaching, and developing the team to enable delivery of an exceptional client service.
Monitoring and authorising work ensuring that exemplary standards are maintained.
Putting in place SMART objectives and KPIs for the team, to ensure that all staff grading is carried out as objectively as possible. Liaising with Private Bankers and Team Leaders to ensure the right support is in place. Escalation point for the team when handling a difficult client, situation, or complaint. Ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing the risk framework for the team.
Liaising with clients, communicating the proposition and product offering (you will be fully trained on the offering). Being a role model for the best of our culture, ensuring our values are embedded in all teams and individuals.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING Experience managing large high-performing teams, empowering excellence, and fostering career development.
An interest in Financial Services and ability to learn the Bank’s processes, proposition and product offering. Ability to enter open and honest debate and to accept and give constructive feedback. Preparedness to go the extra mile to provide clients with exemplary service and to support the team. IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE Financial Services experience.
Risk monitoring experience.
