In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunity The Manager-Organizational Change Management for Deloitte Technology will report to a Senior Manager within our Global Team supporting our member organizations.Responsibilities:Drive and implement organizational change toolkit, methodology, and activities across multiple projects Develop stakeholder relationships within Deloitte Technology and in the member firms, as requiredUse defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidanceDefine project-specific change management scope, strategy, approach, and deliverablesDevelop and deliver project scope and requirements within specified timeframe including:Stakeholder analysis and engagementChange impact analysisCommunications, training plans and materials Local adoption tracking and reporting, providing suggestions for mitigating actions, where necessaryServe as primary CM liaison to cross-functional team members across different geographies and cultures; partner virtually to meet established project goalsServe as organizational change management point of contact for local implementation teams:Manage quality and implementation of CM deliverables from junior team membersAdvise project team members and lead through ambiguity in matrixed environmentPromote teaming between CM and other functional team members working on projectsManage and mentor junior CM team members aligned to projectsConnect to your skills and professional experienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environmentProven experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: organizational change management, communication, learning and development, and general business analysis.Technical Skills:Advanced understanding of organizational change management processes and proven application of change management methodologies and principles (e.g. Prosci, Kotter)Ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits that are conveyed through learning, communication, and presentation materialsProficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOther Qualifications:Ability to manage change and ambiguityAbility to learn quickly and operate in a matrixed environment with minimal oversightAbility to negotiate, influence, and manage othersAbility to lead both people and project workAbility to implement a broad range of existing and new technologies at the global level Ability to work with diverse cultures in a virtual environmentConnect to your service line - Enabling FunctionsCollaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte.
