Manager, Investor Relations Firm
We are now working with a very successful investor relations firm based in London. They have a fantastic reputation, especially among exciting growing businesses in need of assistance with their investor relations.
They need an Investor Relations Manager, who will act at the 'In House' Investor Relations managers for several clients at a time.
The type of work you will do:
Supporting the preparation and delivery of IR strategies for clients, building relationships and being a key point of contact for clients, reviewing client board papers and managing and supporting the training and development of Associates on client accounts
Helping clients communicate with investors
Supporting with investor targeting across institutional and retail audiences, investor conference administration, coordinating and attending investor meetings and including answering questions from investors. Developing to lead investor meetings over time
Helping clients communicate a clear equity story and with sell side analysts
They are looking for someone with a background as follows:
Experienced Investor relations professional with a company, bank or financial services firm
Able to demonstrate the full range of skills needed to be an effective IR professional
Great communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent written English
