As a leader in Teletrac Navman, you'll be at the precipice of innovation by supporting the business's strategic direction to drive performance. You will lead a team of motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled customer success managers and support some of our biggest clients and brands. Based at the office in Milton Keynes, we'll train you in product capabilities, solution options, and the art of possible, while you bring your people skills, hands-on coaching and leadership to make an impact on the Enterprise Customer Success team. You'll be actively engaged with clients driving increased use of our solutions, achieving growth targets and ultimately increasing customer satisfaction, retention and renewals.
What you'll be doing:
Leadership and Team Development: Guide, coach, and nurture the UK Enterprise Customer Success team to excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Utilize HR tools to mentor and grow your team, and implement development plans to foster a culture of learning and career advancement.
Strategic Planning and Team Performance. Communicate and implement regional goals, and performance metrics, crafting both immediate and long-term plans for success. Achieve critical objectives focusing on customer retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
Collaboration & Synergy: Actively engage with the UK & Europe Customer Success Team to lead and contribute to various strategic initiatives. Drive cross-functional cooperation to drive growth, retention, and Customer Experience.
Customer Insight and Advocacy: Leverage customer engagement data to improve service delivery and elevate the perceived value of our solutions. Serve as a primary liaison during customer meetings, handling objections, negotiations, and escalations with poise and professionalism.
Culture Champion: Encourage open dialogue, welcoming feedback, and innovative ideas for continuous enhancement. Promote and embody the company's culture and values, while being an advocate of the journey to allyship.
To excel in this role, you should have:
5+ years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
2+ years' experience managing, leading, and developing a team
B2B SaaS sales experience with in-person and virtual customer management skills
Ability to quickly build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to analyse data (Salesforce and Excel)
High level of business acumen, strategic thinking and ability to make commercial decisions.
Bonus points for:
Working knowledge of GPS systems
SAP skills
