As a senior member of the Brand & Customer Marketing team, the Manager, Customer Marketing - Agribusiness will play a vital role in leading the team responsible for demand generation for our Agribusiness solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the development and execution of all demand generation efforts, including ABM, content and event marketing; working in collaboration with the digital promotions team to deliver resultsTranslating overall business unit objectives and targets into goals and plans for the Agribusiness marketing teamWorking in collaboration with the brand team and agency partners to deliver content and creative that is customer-focused, compelling and on-brandRegularly engaging a wide range of stakeholders across sales, product marketing, product and customer success to develop strategies, messaging, and processes that drive buy-in and collaboration between sales and marketing throughout the funnelManaging weekly and monthly reporting on KPI’s to senior-level stakeholders across the organization. Developing action plans accordinglyIdentifying, building and managing strategic partnership programs across the industry, ensuring maximum value is capturedSupporting the harmonization of acquired brands and teams into the larger Marketing and Revenue Operations teamDriving team engagement and professional development of members of the Agribusiness and larger Brand & Customer marketing teamBuilding processes, tools and ways of working that support high-quality, efficient and collaborative work across the sales, marketing, product and customer success teamsJudiciously managing the expenditures and ROI of the Agribusiness marketing budget
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
10+ years experience in a marketing related rolePost-secondary degree or equivalent experienceProven expertise driving results in a B2B environment leveraging ABMExperience influencing decision making across diverse business teams, along with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and action plansMust be comfortable with autonomy, able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organisation skillsA collaborator who can work cross-functionally – role requires substantial relationship management both internal and external to the business unit Strong business acumen with an ability to evaluate ideas against business needs and success criteriaAbility to simplify complex issues and proven track record of developing highly effective executive communicationsExperience influencing decision making across diverse business teamsExperience in the Agriculture industry (retail or manufacturing) industry an assetMarketing experience in a SaaS role considered an asset
