Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Compensation & Benefits Analytics
Responsibilities
• Effectively translate data into actionable insights, strategies and financial plans pertaining to Total Rewards• Data collection, transformation, presentation using multiple sources and BI tools. Ability to present data insights (trend analysis, comparatives etc.) both using structured and non-structured data.• Work on large sets of data using different tools and technologies and able to analyses data quality.• Support Global team in their data analysis requirements.• Conduct market research/analysis to determine if changes are necessary to current pay practices to remain competitive and to ensure internal equity. Design and maintain dashboard templates for functional metrices.• Lead efforts on compensation benchmarking for some of Genpact strategic business lines where we have talent working on Digital solutions, Analytics, Consulting, Sales, Technology, etc• Develop communication content and enable stakeholders to educate businesses on compensation interventions and programs• Infuse knowledge about latest market practices, industry trends and analysis into corporate decision making• Responsible for working with multiple geographies including the North America, Latin America, Europe, UK, South Africa, Asia-Pacific (excluding India) on planning, designing, implementing, and administering total rewards
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications• Problem solving and analytical thinking ability • Experience in a compensation & benefits role or relevant HR experience • Expert in MS Excel • Capable to manage large scale information• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time • A high work performance ethic and fostering collaboration • Ability to influence teams and establish confident relationships • Project manage initiatives with internal teams and external vendors • Great business acumen and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to independently manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
