We help our clients to achieve digital transformation as a strategic advisor and delivery partner. We provide a range of services to help clients respond to disruptive technology trends, implement innovative digital products, define technology operating models to enable organisations to maximise the value from technology & provide advisory services on transitioning and empowering our clients to utilise the full benefits of cloud platforms.What we do?Our Digital team assists our clients across the following proposition areas:Digital Advisory: working with our clients to set the right strategic direction, understand where they are on their digital journey, and help build the right structures to achieve it.Digital Architecture & Enablement: working with clients to transform their technology by using modern platforms and rationalise their environments – to streamline and optimise their tech.Digital Product & Delivery: Combining our various delivery teams and methodologies to ensure successful implementation of digital transformation projects and products.What are some of the client digital & technology challenges will you be helping with?Agile Product Delivery: How do I ensure that my products meet the needs of my customers and users?Technology Project & Programme Delivery: How do I work with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes?Digital Ethics: How do I incorporate ethics into our digital strategy?Why join the Digital Product & Delivery team in Moorhouse:You want to be part of Moorhouse’s journey as we partner with our clients to deliver marketing leading products which will be utilised by a range of customers and users. You will be leading and shaping how we run the business, and in doing so will have experiences that will undoubtedly contribute to you accelerated growth and development.As a Manager you will have:6 – 8 years’ experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering digital products within industry;Experience in the following areas:Proven track record as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner either in a consultancy capacity or through a series of roles in industryExperience in leading and managing product teams, embedding product-led best practices within these teams and fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementExperience in the creation & delivering of product roadmaps, requirements gathering, overseeing and advising on product delivery and advising on how products can be incrementally improvedExperience in embedding and advising on agile ways of working (familiarity with Scrum), DevOps capabilities, UX/UI capabilities & knowledge of development and programme leadership of large-scale delivery technologies (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, workflow, analytics and prototyping software)A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services;A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues; andExperience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.What we can offer you at Moorhouse:A total cash package of £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per yearLife Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Group Personal Pension Scheme and a range of discounted lifestyle and well-being benefits through PerkboxA culture where you will not need to compete with others because of promotion quotas or the typical distribution curves that govern performance management in other organisations.
