This is a highly exciting, fast-growing business that manufactures and supplies high-tech, innovative cleaning equipment to markets across the world.As the Management Trainee you will effectively and efficiently manage a K??rcher center (initially under supervision), making key business decisions to influence both your own career and the financial performance of the center. The business will provide vigorous trainign which will grow your business development skills and teach you how to communicate with a wide range of customers and colleagues. You ll learn effective sales skills, critical thinking techniques, and how to build impactful cleaning solutions that make real differences to local businesses.Responsibilities: Drive your own development forward through engagement with the training programme and pro-active self learning.Assist in the analysis of business performance and the levers of improvement.
Work with the Karcher Center Manager to build and deliver an aggressive growth plan for key markets.Grow customer account base via targeted cold and warm, call and visit activity.Assisting customers at the Center with sales, queries and after sales service.Attend sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy (A mixture of; E-learning, live webinars and in-person sessions delivered in Banbury Oxfordshire).Support the administration required to keep the business operating within the standards set by the business.
