As the Management Trainee you will effectively and efficiently manage a Kärcher center (initially under supervision), making key business decisions to influence both your own career and the financial performance of the center. 

The business will provide vigorous trainign which will grow your business development skills and teach you how to communicate with a wide range of customers and colleagues. You’ll learn effective sales skills, critical thinking techniques, and how to build impactful cleaning solutions that make real differences to local businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Drive your own development forward through engagement with the training programme and pro-active self learning.
• Assist in the analysis of business performance and the levers of improvement.

• Work with the Karcher Center Manager to build and deliver an aggressive growth plan for key markets.
• Grow customer account base via targeted cold and warm, call and visit activity.
• Assisting customers at the Center with sales, queries and after sales service.
• Attend sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy (A mixture of; E-learning, live webinars and in-person sessions delivered in Banbury – Oxfordshire).
• Support the administration required to keep the business operating within the standards set by the business.

Skills:

• A level/degree educated
• Clear and effective communicator - grab and maintain attention of listener 
• Ambitious and career focussed - have a career plan in mind
• Full UK Drivers license - ESSENTIAL
