Role Responsibilities Collaborate closely with UK-based clients to comprehensively understand their staffing needs, particularly in the IT sector.Act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, fostering effective communication channels to ensure alignment throughout the process.Liaise with Line Managers, Project Managers, Vendor Management and Recruitment to identify and engage with talented consultants for various client project roles.Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring an optimal match for each requirement.Manage the end-to-end process, from initial client request to candidate onboarding, orchestrating all necessary steps for a seamless transition.Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and client meetings, scheduling and facilitating interactions to expedite decision-making processes.Provide regular updates and feedback to both clients and candidates, maintaining transparency and clarity throughout the engagement lifecycle.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency in meeting client demands.Proactively address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the process, employing problem-solving skills to achieve successful outcomes.Skills, Qualifications & Experience requiredUnderstanding of the IT sector, including knowledge of different IT technologies (desirable)Exposure to recruitment and onboarding candidates (desirable)Proven experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, preferably within the IT industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates.Ability to work independently.Ability to assess and evaluate technical skills and experience to identify suitable candidates for specific roles.Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in following and coordinating processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.Adaptability to navigate changing priorities and evolving client needs while maintaining a high level of service delivery.Self-motivated and able to work practically and logically, using your own initiativeCommitment to continuous learning and development.Willingness to learn and a “can-do” attitude; this is a fast-growing business, so it is important that you are hands-on, take ownership and enjoy making a tangible impact upon our clients, and organisation.Location: Bournemouth, Dorset / Hybrid;
