Management Consultant - Senior Consultant level | Snr BA / PM
This is a permanent position, to work with a growing boutique Business & Technology Transformation Consultancy in a hybrid basis (2 days p/wk in London).
The role encompasses both operational and strategic engagements with clients at senior leadership level, with a client base predominantly in the Financial Service domain. You will need to demonstrate both delivery and consulting capability, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
The work typically aligns to technical Business Analysis or Project Management, adopting both Agile and traditional PM and change techniques, leading projects and programmes. Experience in data driven change, Target Operating Models, digital transformation advisory and value creation would match requirements well.
Required Experience:
Management Consultancy background
Experience in value creation and strategic advisory work
Strong Financial Services domain experience
Strong background in technical transformation delivery
Business Analysis or Project Management skills
Target Operating Model experience
Process Mapping
Agile and Waterfall methodology
