Management Consultant - Insurance - Hybrid working - London Based - £50-70kMy Client is a Boutique Management Consultancy with offices around the world and are a valued partner to many of the largest financial institutions.Their focus is on the banking and insurance industry and are looking for Senior Management Consultants with Insurance or Reinsurance experience, to play a key role in the team where you will contribute to a range of projects from strategy to execution.Key responsibilities include: Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matterManagement of projects or workstreams with the ability to understand the roles of business and technology across a client's organisationConduct detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process to support end-solutionsMentor junior consultants to increase their industry specific knowledge and practical experiences Essential Skills & Experience for the successful Management Consultant:A minimum of 4-5 years experience in a management consultancy firm with high exposure to Insurance clientsA detailed understanding of both business & technology changeNotable experience across areas including: change, TOM design underwriting, risk engineering, A Bachelors or Masters Degree from a reputable universityManagement Consultant - Insurance - Hybrid working - London Based - £50-70k
