Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Management Accountant to join our successful team at OA Recruitment.

Working closely with the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the business, by producing management accounts and performance and KPIs reports to aid decision making.

Duties of an Management Accountant at OA:

• Lead timely, accurate and precise reporting of monthly management accounts with commentary
• Variance analysis for differences between forecast and actual figures from forecasts
• Producing weekly GP reports and KPI analysis
• Responsible for calculating monthly commission for the Recruitment Consultants & monthly Manager bonus schemes
• Support in the annual budgeting cycle, monthly budget monitoring & forecasting cycle

What we would like from you:

• Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA with experience in management accounting essential
• Accomplished Excel and analytical skills.
• Good numeracy skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
