Management Accountant

Our client based in Camberley is looking for a Management Accountant to assist them for 6 months on a full-time basis. The role will be based completely on site and there is free parking.Responsibilities include:Assisting the Financial Controller in achieving a swift and precise monthly closing processPosting, analysing, and managing accruals/prepayments for General Ledger (GL) accountsReconciling month-end GL data with billing records and uploading them to SageConducting commercial analyses, including assessments of customer and product profitability along with providing explanatory narrativesMonitoring performance against budget and forecast, adjusting forecasts as necessaryMonitoring customer performance and ensuring billing accuracy via our billing platformSupporting the integration of new businesses into the company's financial systemsCollaborating with commercial teams (sales and operations) to enhance comprehension of customers and productsIdentifying potential areas for operational efficiencies or enhancements throughout the organisation and taking a leadership or participatory role in teams dedicated to implementing those enhancementsThe successful Management Accountant will have/be:Available immediately or on short noticeAble to drive and access to a car
