We have a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Divisional Finance team, supporting the Complex Facilities Business unit. This role is based in Buckshaw near Chorley and offers Hybrid working. The purpose of the Management Accountant role is to be responsible for the divisional overheads and support the Divisional Finance Manager in the consolidation of the divisional contract results and cashflow management of the division. The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours, based on Monday - Friday. Work-life balance and flexibility are key for our success. Overheads cost base of circa GBP8mMonth-end close, P&L and Balance sheet reportingSupport in the preparation of the MD pack for CEO reviewSupport in divisional forecasting process (Budgets, RF1, RF2, Strategic Plan)Preparation of the overheads cashflowPreparation of divisional cashflow to be presented to the Divisional FD. Pro-active cash receipt management including regular board updates on latest cash forecast, risks & opportunitiesOversight of divisional administration and compliance including divisional balance sheet reconciliations & IFRS15 reportingPrepare and issue the monthly recharges to our respective Joint Venture partnersSupport in financial modelling for new tendersOther ad-hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager, Financial Controller & Finance Director Profile description: We want to hear from you if you have:
