Management Accountant

MK is delighted to be recruiting for a talented Management Accountant to be based with one of our clients in Prestwick.
The successful candidates responsibilities will include overseeing the Sage system, managing customer direct debit submissions, verifying sales invoices, supervising Accounts Payable, conducting bank reconciliations, and handling purchase and sales ledger reconciliation.
You'll also be tasked with monthly wage reconciliations and providing detailed financial reports such as Cashflow, Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss statements.
Additionally, you'll ensure accurate entry and reporting of accounts, escalate financial issues as needed, and maintain accounting standards.
Ideal candidates will hold a qualification such as CA, CIMA, or ACCA, have around 3 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Sage Line 50 and Excel, and have familiarity with other software applications. Experience with Sage Payroll and implementing systems and processes is preferred.
