Management Accountant

This is a key role that will encompass various aspects of Accountancy within an interesting and diverse business Optimising the accurate completion of the monthly Management Accounts for the Group.Duties will include the following:Cash management and ensuring full financial governance.Principle responsibilities and duties:Maintain company confidentiality at all timesPrepare monthly management reporting for property investment companies.Day-to-day cashflow management for all companies including cashbooks & FX requirementsMaintain spreadsheets showing all movement & interest calculationReconcile balances/interest with the property portfolio.Preparation of monthly reconciliationPreparation of year-end audit schedulesTo provide information to the directors and other departments as requiredAny other reasonable duties as requiredShared responsibilities:Assist with all related matters in conjunction with Group Finance Director and Financial ControllerDevelopment of new systems and work practices with Group Finance Director and Financial ControllerRequirements:ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully qualified or at finalist stage.Our client is offering a stable and progressive working environment, attractive salary and Bonus structure.
