Management Accountant | Wirral | Innovative Manufacturer | Up to £45,000Job Overview:Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a growing & highly acquisitive Manufacturing business in The Wirral who're looking for an experienced, part-qualified Management Accountant. You will support the Financial Controller with the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management teams, gaining insight into business performance.Salary:up to £45,000Location: WirralMain Duties:Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts in accordance with US GAAP principles including journals, reconciliations, overhead analysis.Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Oversee inter-company invoicing and reconciling group balances.Responsible for maintaining the standard cost of Raw Materials, WIP and Finished GoodsUnderstanding and reporting all productions variances in a timely manner. Implementing changes / improvements, alongside the production team, to resolve costing or process issues.Monitoring costs against budgets and investigating variancesPreparation of weekly cash flow forecasting.Production of quarterly VAT Returns.Person Specification:Part-qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACAExcellent Excel skills (to include pivot tables, lookups, if statements)Experience of SAP desirableAbility to communicate financial information to non-financial members of staffExcellent attention to detail and able to work independently(url removed)
