Together, we will help Britain achieve net zero.We are looking for a part time management account to join our Sizewell B Team with a competitive salary of up to £34,951 (pro-rata).The OpportunityReporting directly to the Commercial Group Head, you will be part of a small team responsible for providing effective financial business planning and reporting services to the Station management team, staff and budget holders. This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT qualified technician to develop their experience and broaden their industry knowledge.The RoleYour roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited too;Preparing the monthly finance accountsProviding variance analysis from budget and forecast, identifying any value adding opportunities for trend analysis and commentary to assist forecasting and budgetary requirement.Monitoring and completing financial adjustments/journals where necessaryPreparing and issuing monthly finance data for use during the monthly accountability meetingsProducing monthly and year end forecasting for approval by the finance manager,Assisting with audit preparation work to enable timely completion of financial statements The SkillsYou will need:AAT Level 3 or EquivalentA good understanding of business planningExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organisationProven experience of delivering high quality information to tight deadlinesComputer literate with advanced level Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
