They are seeking a Management Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis with the view of this going permanent for the right candidate.
Job Description As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for: Managing the daily accounting operations in the retail sector.Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Coordinate with the finance team to complete budgeting and forecasting processes.Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability.Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions where necessary. The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.Proficiency in financial software and databases.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.A strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
