Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant, to work on a permanent, hybrid basis in BD17, Bradford.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will become part of a small, friendly, close-knit team, where you will have responsibility for preparing, inputting and reviewing monthly management accounts including prepayments/ accruals, forecasting, P & L, budgeting and fixed assets. You will ideally have a background in management accounts/ line management experience and near the end of CIMA/AAT or ACCA studies.

Duties Include;Preparing, inputting and reviewing monthly management accounts journalsManagement of sales, prepayments, accruals and fixed assetsLine Management to the Assistant Accountant & Finance AssistantsPreparation of budgets and forecasts, reconciliations of bank transactions, P&L and balance sheet reviewsKey Skills & Experience required:A strong accounting skillset (ideally ACCA/ AAT or CIMA part qualified or similar), and previous dealing with management accountsPrevious exposure to a fast paced finance environment and be able to manage their work load accordinglyPrior line management responsibilitySelf-motivated, eager to learn, and be able to work under pressure to meetThis is a permanent, hybrid working based role (2 days WFH & 3 days Office), with salary paying in circa of £35k per annum. Please note, due to location a driving license is essential for this role.
