Colchester Mon-Fri 9-5 (part-time considered) Hybrid working Colchester Start-up / growing Insurance Broker Friendly, vibrant team This is a new opportunity for a Management Accountant to bring their expertise to this growing business. You will be responsible for providing management accounts with a wide range of financial reporting, whilst also managing the company's inhouse finances, working closely with an outsourced accountancy practice. This is an all-encompassing role requiring experience and offering flexibility. Duties (to include but are not limited too):
Providing monthly management accounts, with detailed comments on the financial performance of the business (including cash flow forecasting, profit and loss reports and budgets)Managing invoicing, bookkeeping, credit control, bank reconciliations, month end and possibly payroll (dependant on experience)Analyse company purchases and suppliers to ensure best rates/costs are agreedLiaise with external accountancy practice to ensure tax efficiency Person Specification:
