Job DescriptionTPF Recruitment has partnered with a top 30 chartered accountancy firm, and they have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant in their central finance team based in Portsmouth. The role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements between the office and home.Key responsibilities for the Management Accountant position include:Monthly Management Accounts: Overseeing and reviewing the production of monthly management accounts for accountancy practice subsidiaries.Complex Subsidiaries: Preparing management accounts for more complex subsidiaries within the organization.Payment Authorization: Authorizing payments and monitoring cash flow at a subsidiary level.Team Support: Providing support to and assisting in the development of Finance Administrators within the team.Reporting to Head of Finance: The role involves reporting directly to the Head of Finance, indicating a significant level of responsibility and accountability.RequirementsAbout youThe successful candidate will be ACCA / ACA qualified with 1-3 years post-qualification experience preferably in an accountancy practice.
