Job DescriptionOversee financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.Collaborate with external auditors to support annual audits.Work with department heads to develop financial plans and budgets.Perform ad hoc financial projects as required.Report directly to the Financial Controller, providing strategic recommendations based on financial data. The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have:A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience in a similar role within different manufacturing industriesStrong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US and UK GAAP).Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
