Management Accountant Taplow, Buckinghamshire£65,000 + BonusCobalt is excited to be partnering with one of the UKs most prestigious property developers in their search for Management accountant to work closely with the Head of Finance.This role is critical to the management, analysis and forecasting of costs across the high profile developments across the Southern region in order to provide accurate information for key business modelling requirements across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting monthly review of management accountsProviding insight into the cost reporting by ensuring the accuracy of the system and the impact of the profit forecasts for the various projectsWork closely with the various project teams to monitor land, development, construction, sales and marketing expenditurePresenting financial and project reporting data to key stakeholders within the senior management teamEnsuring the accuracy in the business modellingOverseeing management accounting processes in order to prepare the forecasts budges and risk analysisKey member in cost reporting and analysis meetingsKey Requirements ACA, ACCA or CIMA QualifiedWorking knowledge within the real estate or constructionAbility and desire to work across multiple projects and critically review and solve problems quicklyStrong ability to business partner across a number of stakeholders internally and externallyProficient in excel and working with large data sets in conducting analysisThe location offers free onsite parking in new offices with a vibrant and knowledgeable teamBe sure to apply as soon as possible to secure an interview slot next week
