An excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant who is actively studying towards full qualification to join the finance team. DescriptionReporting to the Head of Finance as a Management Accountant you will be responsible for;Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, providing insightful reports to aid decision-making.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to optimise financial performance and drive inefficiencies.Contribute to financial projects, process improvements, and system implementations.ProfilePart-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or relevant finance degree.Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to work.Job OfferSalary up to £35,000 per annum + 22 days holidays plus banks + flexible working + study support + company pension + brilliant staff discount
