Salary: GBP45,000 per annumLocation: Edinburgh city centreJob Type: Full-time Reed Finance are exclusively supporting a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh seeking a Management Accountant to oversee the financial operations of the group. This role is integral to the financial health of the organisation, requiring a hands-on approach and a positive, can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing management accounts, consolidating results, and preparing budgets and forecasts. Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the financial operations of all companies within the group.Review monthly management accounts and consolidate monthly results.Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts for the group.Conduct daily reviews of all company bank accounts.Review daily cash flows and compile weekly sales figures.Manage VAT Returns and Statutory Payments for the UKComplete government surveys and handle multi-currency supplier payments.Assist the Financial Controller with auditors during the annual audit.Provide support and assistance to a Finance team of 9 members. Required Skills & Qualifications:
A positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.Ability to handle large volumes of work and be a strong team player.Confident manner when dealing with stakeholders. Benefits:
