Your mission? To prepare meticulous management accounts, analyse costs, and collaborate across departments to drive financial planning and control. With your strategic prowess, you'll empower decision-makers and fuel our company's financial health and growth.You'll work closely with our internal Stakeholders, ISP brand BeFibre and external Financial Reporting Bodies.Key ResponsibilitiesMonthly Financial Reporting: Lead the charge in financial reporting, providing accurate and comprehensive monthly management accounts and reports to track financial performance. Delivering insights that guide strategic decisions.Cost Analysis: Dive deep into cost analysis and expenses to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.Revenue Recognition: Ensure precise recognition of revenue under accounting standards and company policies.Budget Monitoring: Assist in budget development and forecasts while monitoring actual performance against budgets to ensure accurate reporting, keeping us on track for success.Financial Control: Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance, and continuously refine accounting processes.Management Reporting: Develop detailed management reports, including key performance indicators and financial metrics, to provide insights for strategic decision-making.Core Skills and Experience RequiredAnalytical Thinking - Demonstrated expertise in interpreting financial data and consistently making data-driven decisions with precision and insight.Ethical Integrity - Proven track record of consistently upholding the highest ethical standards and integrity in all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering trust within an organisation.Problem Solving - Exceptional proficiency in effectively identifying, analysing, and solving complex financial issues with ingenuity, resourcefulness, and a results-oriented approach.Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel - Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to efficiently navigate complex financial models, analyse data and generate accurate reports.Detail-oriented - Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial tasks and reporting.Management Accounting or Financial Analysis Experience - Proven experience in roles involving management accounting or financial analysis, showcasing expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.BenefitsCompetitive salary package up to £50,000 per annum.Generous holiday allowance, including bank holidays and your birthday off!Comprehensive benefits package, from pension scheme to Bupa healthcare insurance + lots more.Ongoing training and professional development to fuel your growth.Take your career to new heights by merging your financial expertise with the fibre optic frontier at FullFibre.
