Page Personnel are recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a fast growing, private equity backed business based in Bury.The purpose of this role is to play a key role in the production of monthly management accounts whilst also getting involved in project accounting & commercial accounting.Client DetailsThis role is part of a close knit finance team working for a fast growing, private equity backed business who provide support to the construction industry with a turnover of circa £60million.You will be joining the business at an exciting period and will have excellent opportunities to grow and develop with the business.DescriptionManagement Accountant duties include:Responsibility for monthly management accountsBalance sheet reconciliationsMonth end journalsPrepayments and accrualsVAT returnsVariance analysisBudgeting & forecastingCash flow forecastsProject accounting Audit supportAd-hoc dutiesProfileThe successful Management Accountant candidate will:Have a proven track record within a similar roleBe part qualified with ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experienceBe able to work to tight deadlinesHave excellent attention to detailBe an effective communicator (written and verbal)Be able to work alone or as part of a teamBe proficient in MS Office, particularly MS ExcelJob OfferA salary up to £48,000, hybrid working, study support, pension, parking, holidays & more
