Job Description As a Management Accountant, you'll be the financial navigator for one or more of our dynamic business units, providing crucial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that propels our missions to new heights. Your insights will shape strategic decisions, ensuring that our resources are optimized for maximum impact.Dive deep into financial data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and support their financial needs.Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts that align with our mission objectives.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in the UK Defence industry. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Proven experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst, with a focus on business unit or divisional finance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
