Robert Walters are pleased to be working with a highly acquisitive and fast moving organisation based in Woking, who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Having recently gone through period of acquisition, this role will support the integration of accounting processes and act as a key liaison for this and future acquisitions.Key responsibilities:• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including full P&L/balance sheet, variance and commentary.• Act as the key financial liaison for newly acquired businesses, supporting with systems integrations in X3.• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for acquired entities and this business unit.• Assist with business unit year end audit process.• Raise sales invoices, prepare cash flow forecasts, perform investment analysis and agree group monthly recharges.• Prepare VAT returns as part of group wide submission process.Experience and qualifications:• Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.• Proven experience within a fast paced Management Accounting position.• Any experience with acquisition integration would be beneficial, although not essential.• Self starter, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Other:• £45,000 - £50,000 salary plus corporate benefits.• Hybrid working, 3 days in Woking, 2 at home.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
