Management AccountantChelmsford Area, Essex£40,000 to £42,500 plus packageOR694We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant, to join the team at our well-established construction client based on the outskirts of Chelmsford. They are in a period of rapid growth, so this role of Management Accountant is a new addition to the team in order to facilitate the success of the business. This is a full time permanent vacancy based at the companies offices.ROLE:As a Management Accountant, you will report to the Finance Manager and become part of the Finance Department. You will be managing the day to day accounting functions of a small 4 person accounting team.Responsibilities Include:
* Producing Management Information for subsidiaries
* VAT reconciliations & submissions
* PAYE/NI/CIS reconciliations & submissions
* Pension contributions
* Month end ledger
* Sales order processing
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Cashflow forecasting
* Month end reporting
* Assisting with compliance auditing
* Contributing to year end processes
* Project work to assist the business
* Various other duties as requiredWho We Are Looking For
* A time-served (5 years), experienced Management Accountant
* CIMA Qualified
* Someone with previous Construction / Civils / Engineering sector experience
* Someone who is happy to work at all levels of the business
* An individual with a flair for internal relations
* A great communicator - written and verbal
* Someone highly skilled in MS Office packages
