Job DescriptionTitle: Management AccountantSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus A leading developer and operator of senior living accommodation is looking to hire a Management Accountant. The business is backed by one of the largest investment banks in the world and has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, with sites being developed and in operation in some of the most iconic places in London including: Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, Camden and Wandsworth.As the Management Accountant you would be partnering with the development and HO teams. You would be responsible for the delivery of the P+L & Balance sheet, providing insightful commentary and analysis along with playing a pivotal role in budgeting and forecasting.Key responsibilities Preparation of the P+L and balance sheet for operational entitiesPartnering with development, sales, marketing, legal and other operational stakeholders to provide insightful commentary on key movementsInvolved in the annual / bi-annual budgeting and reforecasting processSupport the Finance Manager in systems and process improvements across the businessAssist in commercial modelling for new site acquisitionsIdeal candidate Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)Experience in property of hospitality would be highly beneficialExperience preparing a P+L and balance sheet statement (or at minimum assisting in the month end close process)Good academic attainment would be a plusThe ability to communicate well with non-financial stakeholders
