11th March, 2024Management Accountant - £35,000 - £40,000 - Bracknell, Berkshire (hybrid working)Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting a private equity backed healthcare business, who is on the hunt for a Management Accountant. Our client has experienced significant growth recently, both organically and by acquisition, and this exciting new role will be responsible for the month end close of the Group's businesses and provide operational liaison to the management teamAbout Your New RoleMonthly Group management accounts preparation and reporting, with usual commentary to explain variances against budget.Liaison with the rest of the centralised Finance team to ensure month end close deadlines are met.Assist with the Integration of acquisitions.Assist preparation of annual budget.Assist Annual external audit preparation and statutory accounts preparation.Input into the development and maintenance of the Groups internal control systems and processes, including being part of the team to implement new software systems to keep pace with growth.Your Skills & Qualifications:Part Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)3-4 years' experience in a similar positionExcellent planning and organisation skillsAn excellent technical accounting grounding with an appreciation of the need for intuitive but flexible systems and processesA friendly and proactive demeanourAdvanced Excel userExcellent interpersonal skillGood team playerThis is a superb opportunity for a finance professional with recent Management Accounting experience working in a growing finance team.
