Management Accountant

Market leading company Carlisle are seeking a Management Accountant

Overview of the role:

� Produce monthly management accounts to the agreed reporting timetable for a number of business units

� Produce annual budgets and forecasts.

� Support budget holders with analysis and review of the accounts.

� Produce balance sheet reconciliations

� Maintain fixed asset registers.

� Prepare quarterly VAT returns.

� Coordinating information from overseas operations

� Produce monthly journal postings to the general ledger

� Any Ad Hoc analysis or statistics as required.

� An aptitude for working with different software packages, including spreadsheets and data base applications.

� A proactive approach to problem solving.

� Accuracy and attention to detail.

� The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

� Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.1

� The ability to interact with financial and non financial managers at different levels
