Req ID 68048 Elec Op - Peterlee, United KingdomAbout the Team:The finance team at Peterlee is responsible for a wide range of accounting duties. As well as ensuring all corporate financial reporting requirements are met, we work closely with other departments (both on and offsite), providing support and information to assist with decision making. We are a small team and therefore the role involves flexibility and interaction with other team members to ensure all department tasks are completed in a professional manner to agreed timescales.What you can look forward to as Management Accountant (m/f/d):Assist with the preparation and reporting of the plant financial performance each month, analysing and interpreting results and providing commentary against budget/ forecastEnsuring compliance with internal controls, completion of balance sheet reconciliations and balance sheet reviews with the corporate finance teamAssist with the production of the monthly forecast and creation of the annual plant budgetMaintaining the fixed asset register and tracking project spend from approval to asset capitalisationWork closely with purchasing and accounts payable departments to ensure timely resolution of issuesProvide all departments with the financial data required to make informed decisions, including explanations/ interpretationCompletion of board notes, tax packs and corporate finance information requestsSupporting external and internal auditsYour Profile as Management Accountant (m/f/d):Part or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Experience of a busy finance function within a large multi-national companyUp to date knowledge of IFRSAdvanced Microsoft excel skillsSAP ERP experience preferredStrong analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure with attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to deliver information in a concise mannerThe position is part of the ZF Global Employee Referral Program.Be part of our ZF team as Management Accountant (m/f/d) and apply now!ContactAnne Jügling+49 211 584 2099What does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?At ZF, we continuously strive to build and maintain a culture where inclusiveness is lived and diversity is valued.
