Multi Site - Senior Assistant Accountant / Management Accountant To produce management accounts, management informationand manufacturer returns in such a form as to allow management to makeeffective decisions To produce monthly site and consolidated management accounts tospecified deadlinesTo acquaint the Financial Controller and General Managers of downareas To ensure all control accounts are reconciled monthlyTo ensure certain stock accounts are reconciled monthly with physical countsTo ensure accounting procedures are correctly adhered to throughoutthe department and the Company as a whole.Undertaking internal audits within the company as required.To prepare and submit Manufacturer returnsTo prepare/consolidate group format profit forecasts – weeklyquarterly/ad-hoc To analise and compare financial and non financial key indicators(external and internal) presenting to management in a meaningfuland appropriate formatTo assist with working capital management – controllingfunding/loan accounts, forecasting cashflow etcTo prepare financial year end statutory accounts and full supportingpacks.To prepare draft budgets, both capital and revenue, in conjunction with the General Managers and Financial ControllerTo attend management meetings and training activities when required To provide financial advice and guidance to General and LineManagementTo perform other tasks as reasonably requested by the FinancialController or Franchise DirectorOperating the Kerridge systemONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
