Look no further!Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a talented Management Accountant to join a fantastic group reporting team.This role offers a hybrid working pattern of 4 days working from home and 1 day in the Poole office.Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include:Producing monthly management accounts and assisting with annual statutory accountsSupporting the financial reporting processFinancial partneringPreparing budgets and forecastsCollaborating with budget holders and stakeholders as a business partnerManaging, supporting and developing a small team of Assistant Management AccountantsBalance sheet reconciliationsJournal processingProviding variance analysisHandling reporting and other analytical tasksInvestigating financial systems and rectifying errorsIdentify opportunities for improvementsThe successful Management Accountant should possess the following skills and experience:Part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or qualified by experienceEffective communication skills, with the ability to establish and build relationships across the businessA collaborative and solution oriented mindsetAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to analyse, interpret and present information clearly and conciselyYou are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
