Hybrid WorkingAbout Our ClientThe client is looking for a part qualified management accountant to join the team. Experience in business partnering, month end and balance sheet reconciliations is essential.Job DescriptionAssist with the production of the monthly management accounts, reporting packs and consolidation reporting to parent companyPrepare the monthly consolidated balance sheet and cash flowCalculate accruals and prepaymentsEnsure that all balance sheets are reconciled on a regular basisOwnership of the fixed asset register, including disposals, additions and reconciliationsAssist with the year-end production of statutory accounts and tax packs for third party advisorsAssist with the preparation of VAT returnsAssist auditors with audit of Group companiesProduce analysis of various expense accountsProduce balance sheet reconciliations in line with the internal timetablesComplete month end tasks: post journals and prepayments and reconciliationsProduce meaningful management account reports for issue to the businessThe Successful ApplicantTeam player with s proactive positive attitudeA systematic approach and a good eye for detailAble to use initiative and manage multiple tasksPart qualified in ACCA or CIMAExperience of undertaking month end tasksA working knowledge of VAT rulesAble to establish and maintain internal relationships at all levels
