We nurture our people through vocational development, mentoring programmes and career development.This role is critical in ensuring accurate and up-to-date control over the Group’s headcount and headcount costs including any related analysis.It will provide pivotal support and ownership over the transition and improved accuracy of the CapEx program and associated depreciation.Working closely with the HR team to control and manage the headcount and active vacancy forecast by ensuring that the recruitment strategy matches to business requirements and budget.Prepare analyses / scenarios of the impact of headcount changes.Prepare the analyses and disclosures for the Group’s Compensation Committee as required. Provide the auditors with supporting schedules.Providing cohesive analysis and commentary on both headcount and non-headcount variances to the CFO.Production of monthly cost centre reports and host meetings with budget owners to review variances against budget/forecast and provide challenge where appropriate.Implementing the tracking and reporting process for CapEx and the OpEx supporting the CapEx to ensure we stay within budget and ensuring the depreciation is updated in line with any changes.Responsible for translating the OpEx forecast into an accurate cashflow forecast and proactively utilise the systems to streamline the current process.Responsible for periodic reviews and updating of the balance sheet forecast. Review current process with a view to identifying improvements.Create and update the company reporting timetable, based on parent company submission deadlines, ensuring these are attainable alongside internal processes.Regular reviews of organisation structure and system hierarchies to ensure they are aligned with business structure and responsibilities.Strive to continuously improve systems and processes within FP&A and for the wider finance team.In return for your skills and expertise we offer a competitive base salary, bonus and generous benefits package including pension, life assurance, share options/save schemes, private health and dental care.If you are keen to find out more then please do get in touch.Apply
