Job Description As a Site Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the Site Finance team, collaborating closely with the Site Finance Business Partners and teams across multiple sites. Your key responsibilities include:Delivering comprehensive reporting, analysis, and value-added activities for factory operations.Business partnering with APU teams, supporting and challenging operational teams on financial performance.Accurate and efficient delivery of budgets and reforecasts.Continuous improvement activities, verifying financial benefits, and contributing to capital impact understanding.Providing management information and analysis, ensuring adherence to all deadlines.Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process for all sites and analysing costs and variances.Maintaining strong business partnering support to key stakeholders on-site.Ensuring governance and control through the application of company policies and controls. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate for this role possesses:CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification or qualified by experience.Strong organisational and discipline skills, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborative approach, building strong relationships, influencing key stakeholders, and challenging constructively.Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel for data analysis and synthesising key messages.
