In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and enhanced benefits.We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant/Finance Analyst to join our rapidly growing Finance team.An exciting hybrid finance role ideal for an ambitious first or second time mover with an audit background combining responsibility for assisting in the preparation and analysis of monthly Management Accounts, as well as in the budgeting, forecasting and business partnering function.The successful candidate will perform a vital role in ensuring the continued integrity of the Group financial statements and the excellent service the finance team provides to the shareholders and the wider business.Key responsibilities will include:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet posting of prepayments, accruals and fixed assets for group subsidiariesAssisting the Lead Management Accountant with the consolidation of the group accountsBalance sheet reconciliationAssisting the Lead Management Accountant with external audit and helping to enhance the Corporate Governance in the Finance departmentAssisting the Group Head of Financial Planning & Reporting with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across 30+ budget holders worldwideFinance Business Partnering - assisting Group Head of Financial Planning & Reporting in regular contact with budget owners, providing analysis to help them understand their numbers and support them with any finance issuesAssisting in the Business Intelligence journey and development of new and existing finance systems used by the teamOverhead invoice processingAssisting with VAT Returns/Submission and reconciliations and Corporation Tax reportingSupporting the intercompany manager with intercompany ledger reconciliationsKey Skills:ACA, ACCA or CIMA QualifiedIdeally from an Audit background with excellent technical accounting knowledge (FRS 102) and experience of recent changes in United Kingdom Accounting Standards.Positive 'can-do' attitude.
